Job Profile: Jr. Executive (S&V;) Ahmedabad

Education: Any Graduate

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Skills: Working knowledge of Computers. Person should be having eye for the details and Inquisitive

Responsibilities:
- CCTV & PTZ Cameras monitoring for all Sites.
- Ensure correct positioning and functioning of surveillance cameras
- Ensure all surveillance cameras & equipment are serviceable all the time.
- Timely action to be initiated for repairs if required.
- Monitor all vehicular movement in and out of camp and ensure it is accounted & documented.
- Checking of Report of Weigh Bridge (WB). 5.Material & Vehicle checking for WB.
- Inform In Charge of Surveillance Room immediately on encountering any misappropriation at any Site.
- Create Incident report immediately on occurrence.



8.Will be responsible to maintain all registers pertaining to security & Observations.
- Ensure all security lights are functional in HO.
- Ensure discipline and valuable conduct of the security deployed through Agency.
- Ensure gen discipline is maintained by all as per policies and directions of PIL.
- Maintenance and upkeep of security room. 13.To carry out any task assigned by Surveillance Room In Charge (S&V;).
- Be prepared to move on temporary duty on instructions from Head S&V.;
- Take over the officiating duties of other Executives in their period of absence.
- Hand Over the Charter of Duties, Documents & responsibilities & to explain & acquaint the person, assigned by Head S&V; to taking over the charge.
