• Manage and monitor sales orders and purchase orders for international clients
• Ensure timely order release, confirmation, and progression through the supply chain
• Track orders from creation to delivery and proactively resolve issues
• Investigate and resolve order-related exceptions such as shortages, delays, and allocation issues
• Coordinate with Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP systems and support master data quality
• Contribute to order tracking reports, KPIs, and process improvements
