Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design & Product Enhancements
 Design and improve user interfaces across all Culinary Digital SaaS products,
ensuring consistency and accessibility.
 Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and
mobile applications.
 Maintain and enhance Culinary Digital’s design system, ensuring a unified
design language across platforms.
 Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI
components.
2. Collaboration with Product Teams & Roadmap Alignment
 Work closely with Product Owners to integrate UI/UX improvements into the
product roadmap.
 Engage with the Product Director to align designs with strategic business
goals and market trends.
 Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product discussions to
ensure design priorities are considered in development cycles.
 Provide UX research insights and recommendations to support product
decision-making.
3. Product Documentation & Release Communication
 Prepare designer presentations to communicate product features, design
updates,



and UX research findings.
 Create visual assets for release launch emails, product documentation, and
marketing materials to ensure transparent and engaging communication.
 Work with marketing and customer success teams to develop design-driven
onboarding materials.
4. User Research & Experience Optimization
 Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and UX audits to gather insights and
optimize workflows.
 Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture for new
and existing features.
 Identify pain points and areas for improvement, ensuring seamless user
interactions across products.
5. Design Testing & Accessibility Compliance
 Work with the QA team to validate UI elements for responsiveness,
accessibility (WCAG/ADA compliance), and usability.
 Optimize designs based on performance metrics, analytics, and customer
feedback.
