Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating with Bank/Financial institutions on compliance and documentation
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, monitor progress, and ensure completion within timelines.
- Target v/s Achievement analysis with deep dive into variance to understand reasons
- Mobilize and coordinate efforts between business teams and project stakeholders.
- Being proactive in raising items requiring attention of the leadership team.
- Bringing out key business insights across functions be it revenue generation, operations, customer fulfilment.
- Financial modelling, variance analysis, business presentations and reporting.

Skills & Qualification Required
- CA / MBA with ~3 years of experience (Tier 2 MBA school)
- CA Inter with ~5 years of relevant experience in Treasury/ Business finance
- Peoples’ person with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in Project Management and Business Finance.
- Worked in a fast-paced workplace.
