Job Description:

? Responsible for agreed sales / income targets
? To lead on implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational
sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue
? To lead on developing marketing activities for all channels including digital to meet
organizational aims with cohesiveness and creativity
? To line and project manage the sales & marketing team and wider working groups to
fulfil objectives
? Working closely with the team, ensure learning is integrated into sales & marketing
strategy and practice
? Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
? Actively seek out recent sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social
media
? Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concern
? Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
? Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data




? Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
? Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
? Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
? Collaborate with team members to achieve better result
? Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsRepresent
company at trade shows, associations and meetings to promote products and programs.
? Identify customer needs, develop collateral and determine product pricing and discount
rates.
? Provide support for growing international sales efforts.
? Plan and execute annual sales meeting.
? Develop and implement facility sales and marketing strategy.
? Develop and maintain an external network of peers and customers.
