About the Role

Our client, a reputed diversified industrial group, is seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, renovation, and upkeep of residential staff quarters and related infrastructure within its factory premises.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective civil maintenance of residential buildings, roads, and utilities within factory housing areas.
- Supervise civil repair, plumbing, and electrical coordination works.
- Manage contractors, housekeeping, and facility maintenance teams.
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and monitor maintenance costs.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Liaise with management and vendors for timely project completion and quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–15 years’ experience in civil maintenance of residential or township facilities, preferably in industrial or plant environments.
- Strong leadership, planning, and vendor management skills
