Role Highlights:
- Advise multinational and technology-driven clients on GDPR, EU data protection laws, and cross-border data compliance frameworks.
- Provide strategic guidance on privacy governance, regulatory risk mitigation, and personal data lifecycle management.
- Lead and support data breach investigations, data theft matters, and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
- Draft and negotiate privacy documentation, conduct compliance audits, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver commercially sound, regulatorily compliant solutions.

Ideal Candidate:
- Mandatory CIPP-E (Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe) certification issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
- Strong hands-on experience advising on GDPR and EU data protection laws.




- Exposure to multinational clients and cross-border data transfer frameworks.
- Experience handling data breach investigations and regulatory enforcement actions is preferred.
- Educational background: LLB from a reputed law school.
