We recruit for many companies. Some companies take 45 days to make payment after the candidate joins, while others take as much as 105 days.
In case you recruit a candidate with notice period of 3 months, in the worst case, it will take 6.5 months to get the payment. Best case is 45 days (if the candidate joins immediately & payment terms is 45 days).
