Job Description Team Lead - AR

Skills Required:
- Min 5 years of revenue cycle service delivery management experience (AR Process)
- Should be currently designated as TC/TL/SME in team handling role
- Should have handled a team of 10-15 members
- Good knowledge on KPI metrics, low cash analysis, Inventory analysis, attrition management etc
- Experience in Client Management is must
- Client communication includes both Verbal and Email
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Power-point etc

Job Description:
- Responsible for Strategizing and Allocating Inventory and supervising the team to work on assigned Allocation
- Monitor Team's production and SLA delivery
- Keep a record of client KPIs and team's performance against the KPIs




- Communicating with client & taking feedback from client and formulating strategies to meet the client’s specific needs and expectations
- Responsible for preparing Weekly Business Review presentations
- Monitor the Issues/Escalation raised by the client and review/discuss to provide solutions and do a RCA to avoid future escalations
- Manage and handle effectively escalations raised by the clients
- Provide subject matter expertise on Accounts Receivable processes
- Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to the team
- Adhere to organisational policies and procedures
- Lead by example by demonstrating the highest standards of ethical behaviour
- Work with quality team to identify, recommend and implement process improvement
