Job Description:

Fabrication Department Executive : 1 vacancy

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a heavy fabrication manufacturing environment.

Education: Degree of Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent. NDT certification will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- In-House Production Management: Job allocation, Coordination and control daily workflow, allocate tasks to personnel, and meet production schedules/deadlines. Proper manpower, machine and space utilisation.
- Quality & Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, welding procedures and quality standards. NDT testing, Weld parameter setting. Conversant and capable of developing WPS, PQR, Control chart etc.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce company-specific safety policies, and maintain 5S, a clean, organized shop.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor bottom-line; manage operators' performance and attendance.
- Resource Coordination: Effective utilisation of materials,



tools, and consumables and maintain proper inventory.
- Reporting: Prepare production reports and report issues to upper management.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a heavy fabrication manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and weld symbols.
- Leadership: Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
- Knowledge: Understanding of metal fabrication processes (Profile cutting, Gas cutting, fitting & welding).

Communication: Strong verbal, reading and writing skills in Bengali.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office,CAD and Odoo ERP systems.
