Candidate with and MBA with 2-5 years of Experience in Recruitment

Must have extensive working experience on Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing

Ability to manage end-end recruitment cycle

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Effective planning and communication skills

Ability to interface with senior management

Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully

Result oriented and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Should have good convincing and negotiating skill

Robust focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships

Must be self-directed, ability to work independently,



highly responsive, and detail-oriented in completing assigned tasks

He Should have experience in Hiring for the below positions

Top 10 requirements:

Fullstack Developer /SAP Requirements(All modules) /Incident/Change Manager /Azure Developer/Informatica Developers/.Net Developers/Devops& Cloud consultants

Automation testers /Functional Testers/Manual Testers
