We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Manager to oversee real estate operations, drive sales, and manage the team of real estate agents. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful acquisition, development, and sale of properties in line with our company's objectives. Initially an individual contributor the role will entail hiring and managing a sales team as well.

Sales and Business Development:

- Identify recent business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
- Negotiate and close real estate deals with clients and partners.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.

Team Management:

- Set clear performance targets, provide coaching and guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Property Portfolio Management:
