n Key Responsibilities
n Manage day-to-day commercial and back-office operations.
n Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other commercial documents.
n Maintain accurate records, documentation, and MIS reports.
n Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations, and other internal departments.
n Handle customer communication, email correspondence, and follow-ups.
n Track orders, dispatch status, payments, and documentation.
n Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates of business records.
n Support ERP data management and process improvements.
n Eligibility
n Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS, BBM, or a related discipline.




n 2–6 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Coordination, Back Office, or Administration.
n Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.
n Solid communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
n Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
