n Required Experience : 7-10 Years
n Required Experience (Must) : CA / Charted Accountant
n Accounting & Reporting
n n Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
n Ensure all Balances are reconciled on monthly basis
n Closing the month end and reporting the numbers for Management reporting
n Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
n n Governance & Compliance
n n Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA).
n Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance policies, and audit requirements.
n Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and compliance audits.
n n Cash Flow & Treasury Management
n n Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
n Oversee treasury operations and banking relationships.
n n Risk Management
n n Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
n Ensure segregation of duties and fraud prevention through solid control systems.
