n Responsibilities
n n Manage and evaluate entire production process
n Contribute to production planning and budgeting
n Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
n Maintain a safe production workplace
n Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
n Knowledge of decorative and industrial paint manufacturing processes
n Understanding of raw materials, resins, pigments, solvents and additives used in paints
n Knowledge of batch processing, process parameters and production controls
n Understanding of quality management systems, testing standards and product specifications
n Knowledge of SAP PP/MM modules, inventory management and production reporting
n Understanding of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement practices
n Knowledge of EHS requirements, hazardous chemical handling and statutory compliance
n Understanding of production cost management, yield improvement and loss control
n Knowledge of plant KPIs, OEE, productivity, downtime analysis and manufacturing efficiency
