n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead Internal Audit engagements for Financial Services clients, including Insurance, Banking, and Investment Banking.
n Manage audit delivery, risk assessments, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
n Lead and mentor large audit teams within the GCC.
n Partner with global stakeholders to drive audit quality, governance, and process improvements.
n Support audit transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
n n Desired Candidate Profile
n n 15+ years of experience in Internal Audit within Financial Services; Insurance experience preferred.
n Mandatory: Experience with a Big 4 firm followed by a Global Capability Center (GCC).
n Strong expertise in internal controls, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
n Proven experience managing large teams and global stakeholders.
n CA/CIA/CISA or equivalent skilled qualification preferred.
