n Job Summary :
n We are looking for a detail-oriented Partner Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations & engagements of our partnership ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with Cloud & AI hyperscalers like AWS, GCP & beyond to expand the partner ecosystem of Infimatrix and ensure smooth execution of alliance and channels related activities.
n This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in building a career in Partner operations and Alliances
n Key Responsibilities :
n n Support the operational activities related to multiple partners including that of AWS, Google, Azure etc.
n Coordinate onboarding, Maintain partner documentation, agreements,certifications and competencies.
n Track engagement models with principal vendors and downstream back to back partners.
n Coordinate xLOB internally and external stakeholders to ensure seamless partner and Sales operations.
n Monitor & Manage partner programs, benefits and timely updates
n Prepare and maintain partner dashboards, operational reports, and MIS
n Registering customer opportunities, referrals, and sales acceleration through partner portals & complete lifecycle management
n n Required Skills :
n n Extremely good verbal and written communication skills in English




n Understanding of dynamics and mindset of a Startup and thrive in that ecosystem
n Strong coordination, ownership, accountability and organizational abilities.
n Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
n Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
n Positive attitude with a willingness to learn & expand partner ecosystems.

n n Qualifications :
n n Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a related field.
n 1-2 years of experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, Cloud Operations, Alliance Management, Customer Success, or a similar role.
n Freshers with min 6 months of relevant internships in Alliances and channels can apply too.
n n Preferred Skills :
n n Basic understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions and partnership models
n Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
n Working knowledge of partner portals, cloud certifications, or cloud training programs is an added advantage.
