n n We are looking for a skilled Structural Design professional with 5+ years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in structural design and coordination for residential, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects. Candidates from reputed real estate developers or leading design consultancy firms will be preferred.
n Key Responsibilities:
n Prepare and review structural design concepts, calculations, and detailed drawings for real estate projects.
n Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, PMC teams, and site execution teams for design integration.
n Ensure structural designs comply with applicable codes, standards, safety norms, and project requirements.
n Review RCC and steel structural designs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
n Monitor design timelines and support project execution teams during construction stages.
n Conduct value engineering and optimization of structural systems.




n Review consultant deliverables and provide technical inputs for approvals.
n Support troubleshooting and resolution of structural issues during execution.
n Ensure quality, constructability, and cost-efficiency in structural design solutions.
n n Desired Candidate Profile:
n n Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
n 8+ years of relevant experience in structural design within the real estate industry.
n Must have worked with reputed real estate developers or leading structural/design consultancy firms.
n Strong understanding of RCC, steel structures, high-rise buildings, and construction methodologies.
n Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, PROTECTED, AutoCAD, and Revit will be preferred.
n Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
