n We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
n Responsibilities:
n ● Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
n ● Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
n ● Identify current business opportunities and upsell existing accounts
n ● Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
n ● Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
n ● Keeping accurate records pertaining to an account.
n ● Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
n ● Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
n ● Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
n ● Identifying industry trends.
n ● Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
n Requirements:
n ● 3-4 Years of experience
n ● Bachelor's degree in business, sales or related field.
n ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n ● Excellent negotiation and active listening skills
n ● Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
n ● Strong problem-solving skills.
n ● Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
n ● Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
n ● Ability to deeply & accurately grasp product knowledge.
