The Role

This is a full-cycle sales role — not a support seat. You'll own everything from prospecting to closure, working directly with decision-makers at schools, institutes, and corporate training buyers.

What You'll Own

- Prospect and qualify leads across schools, institutes, and corporate buyers
- Run the full cycle: cold outreach → demo → negotiation → closure
- Keep CRM data and pipeline activity current and accurate
- Book and run appointments with key decision-makers (in-person & virtual)
- Chase warm leads and lapsed prospects relentlessly
- Partner with marketing to convert inbound campaign leads
- Consult, don't just pitch — understand the client's need first




- Hit monthly revenue and activity targets

What You Bring

- 1–3 years of B2B or EdTech sales experience, with a track record of independently closed deals
- Fluent, confident business communication in Hindi and English (this is a must — most of our decision-maker conversations happen in Hindi)
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Hands-on CRM experience (any platform)
- High ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Confident, skilled objection handling
- Genuine interest in EdTech is a bonus

Success in 90 Days

Consistently hitting monthly targets, an active self-managed CRM pipeline, and closing deals with minimal supervision.
