Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with solid expertise in CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions, build integrations, automate workflows, and ensure CMDB data quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB solutions.
- Build automation using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Ensure CMDB health, governance, and data integrity.
- Support production issues, platform enhancements, testing, and releases.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and business teams.

Preferred Certification:

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
