- Plan and manage manpower requirements across shop floor and office
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
- Handle recruitment strategy, onboarding, and retention planning
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and audits
- Drive performance management systems (KPI/KRA)
- Maintain employee discipline, grievance handling, and engagement
- Coordinate training programs for skill development (PLC, safety, hygiene)
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, and shift planning
- Build a solid work culture focused on accountability and execution
- Pest control activity execution, monitoring
- Induction training, performance monitoring

Skills Require :
- Any graduate+ LLB preferred
- Must have minimum 3 years experience in Food, Pharma, Healthcare, Nutraceuticals, API manufacturer.
- Office Timing : 9:00 - 6:30PM
- Both Male and Female can apply
