We are seeking a seasoned SAP CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions to meet the customer relationship management needs of the organization. This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring SAP CRM modules, and collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize CRM processes

Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized SAP CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Service, based on business needs.
- Provide technical and functional support for SAP CRM implementations and upgrades.
- Participate in project planning, risk management, and change control processes.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support.
- Lead end-to-end SAP CRM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.




- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP CRM and other business applications.
- Conduct user training sessions to educate end-users on SAP CRM functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM users. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices for SAP CRM processes to align with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP CRM configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Develop user manuals and training materials as needed.
- Conduct thorough testing of SAP CRM solutions to ensure quality and adherence to business requirements. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.
