Description:
- Experience (6+ years) with TRIRIGA
- IBM Certified TRIRIGA Developer (Preferred)
- Recent Experience working with Space Management, Operations & Management, Lease
- Contract Administration and Lease Accounting a plus
- Able to work without extensive supervision
- Project & milestone focused
- Able to support multiple projects with the varying scope of services and delivery dates
- Must be proficient in TRIRIGA development tools
- Must be proficient in debugging logs and knowing what to look for
- Should be proficient in TRIRIGA Upgrades both Application and Platform
- Should be experienced in the admin console anywhere from configuring Agents,
- Workflow monitoring and settings, performance tuning, and knowledgeable with the web
- properties file

Role Description:
- On a Day to Day basis will be responsible for managing tasks on multiple projects
- Will be responsible for delegating tasks
- Will be tasked to analyze and design Functional requirements into Technical
- specifications occasionally
- Will be responsible for Developing Code and Mentoring Jr resources
