Augusta Hitech is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and analyzing the financial health of the organization at both the macro level (Company P&L;) and micro level (Fixed-Bid and Time & Material project P&L;).
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and track P&L; for individual service lines and Fixed-Bid projects, including monitoring labor and AI execution cost burn rates against project milestones.
- Partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to review resource allocation and expenses, identifying and addressing budget overruns caused by scope creep or operational inefficiencies.
- Analyze and report gross margins across business units, providing actionable, data-driven insights into service profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to approved spending plans.
- Maintain and reconcile the company’s master P&L; on a monthly and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with US GAAP standards.
- Develop quarterly financial forecasts, providing leadership with visibility into revenue projections, cost trends, and potential risks.
- Analyze variances between forecasted and actual performance, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with the Sales team to track targets versus actuals, providing insights on pipeline conversion, revenue realization, and overall sales performance.
- Maintain financial models and databases, ensuring data integrity and timely updates; build dashboards and trend analyses to support decision-making.
- Act as a financial liaison between delivery teams and US leadership, supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Identify financial risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies to e
