Job Title: Technical Data Analyst

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data Integration & Modelling:
- Facilitate source-to-target mapping and data modelling to support data integration efforts.
- Collaborate with source systems to align data requirements and ensure data compatibility.
- Ensure effective communication and documentation of transformation logic.
- Data Governance & Quality:
- Contribute to data governance initiatives and maintain data lifecycle management.
- Ensure data quality and consistency.
- Data Architecture & Management:
- Assist in ensuring the data architecture is realized and maintained.
- Manage master data, reference data, and platform lists, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Oversee data acquisition through batch integration using Databricks and API integration

Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep execution skills and strategic ability.
- Knowledge in AWS Data Services and potentially Databricks is added advantage.

- Strong understanding of APIs and payload structures (JSON, XML).
- Experience with data modelling, source-to-target mapping, and data lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of SQL or Python skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Data Management & Governance:
- Knowledge of data governance and master data management principles.
- Experience with data contracts and reference data management using tools like Excel.
- Soft Skills:
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for tasks.
- Comfortable with facilitating discussions and guiding source systems.
- Self-starter with the ability to take accountability.
- Problem solver with out-of-the-box thinking.

Tools and Technologies:
- AWS (Amazon Web Services) – Good to Have
- Databricks (for batch integration) – Good To Have
- Actimize (for AML solution - if applicable)
