Key Roles & Responsibilities
- To drive the Bancassurance HDFC Bank (Emerging Markert) business in Digital Office locations for Health, Motor and other business
- To monitor and drive below verticals of HDFC Bank
- B1-Home Loan
- B2-Auto Loan
- B4-Branch Banking
- PL/BL/GL/BBG/EEG/Payments
- drive the key Bancassurance matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) locations
Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
Driving renewals as per target
Key Requirements – Education & Certification
Graduate/Postgraduate with good communication Skills
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
Work in team and cross functional workplace and with HDFC Bank channel partner.
Can travel between bank branches
Flexible to travel
