This role is ideal for a technology leader with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, combined with extensive experience in engineering leadership, architecture, delivery management, and people development.
As an Engineering Manager, you will drive technical excellence, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, quality assurance, and DevOps teams to deliver innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for creating an engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while ensuring timely delivery of business-critical initiatives.
