Desired Experience: 4-8 years, preferably in the Auto components Industry.
Technical Skill Set:
- Good working knowledge of various kinds of machinery such as Press tools, Grinding machines,
- Drilling machines, Assembly equipment, Special purpose machines etc.
- Positive working knowledge with CNC & VMC machine maintenance is essential
- Shall be familiar with various maintenance concepts such as Preventive maintenance, Predictive
- maintenance, Condition monitoring, etc..
- Shall have the expertise in dismantling, troubleshooting and assembly of various machine elements.
- Good knowledge on geometrical accuracy testing & requirements on various machine elements
- Experience in Installation and commissioning of machinery
- Adequate knowledge of spare parts handling and control
- Shall be familiar with Hydraulic and Pneumatic power control systems
- Familiarity with Basic electrical/electronic interface will be an added advantage
- Shall be familiar with 5S, TPM etc.
Computer and soft skills :
- MS Office
- Working with teams / Gmeet / skype
- Good communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities :
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Diagnosing breakdown problems and rectification
- Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
- Installation and commissioning of new machines
- Implementing low-cost automation systems
- Involving in new special purpose machine building activities
