- Flowable (Activiti) Designer Plugins
- Groovy
- Javascript
- SQL (Basic-Intermediate)
- Core JAVA (nice to have)
- Database Knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres – nice to have)
- Other DG& BI tools – Alation, Azure Purview, IBM BPM (nice to have)

Experience: Knowledge and hands-on workflow implementation experience of 3-4 years
Skillset:
- Valuable understanding of Collibra concepts – metamodel customization, operating-model; concepts of scopes
- Ability to recommend new ideas / approach to workflows based on the existing op-model structure
- Strong groovy / java scripting knowledge
- Advanced expertise in using Flowable / Activiti Designer (Eclipse) palette to develop medium & complex workflows for governance in Collibra
- Exposure to different flavors of workflow use cases including but not limited to
- Individual & bulk asset imports ( via Java API, REST Core API)




- Interactive workflows with good UI experience
- Knowledge of live voting feature ( and native voting) embedded in the approval processes
- Scheduler based workflows – for periodic / reporting processes
- Workflows that can process (read/write/manipulate) large volumes of data (eg: Excel, CSV, JSON)
- Understanding the overall workflow architecture – possible customizations – email-templates & groovy libraries is a must have
- Adhering to standards - Business Process Notations; deployment processes; industry standards for coding & use of tools is a must have
- Understanding and implementation of workflows using the New Workflow Designer is key.
- Ability to enhance the workflow forms with HTML, Javascript and external elements would be a plus
- Formulating validation rules in Collibra and implementing them via workflows would be good to have
- Experience in integrating workflows with external platforms
