We are seeking an HR Product Manager with at least 7 years of experience to lead our HR initiatives in Ahmedabad. This role demands expertise in policy development, learning and development, employee relations, and a track record with Great Place to Work nominations. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in interpreting eNPS data and deriving actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Policy Development
- Understanding of HR Regulations:
- Experience in creating policies that comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Policy Design and Implementation:
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.

Learning & Development
- Training Programs: Experience developing and managing employee training and development programs.
- Skills Assessment: Ability to assess skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Leadership Development: Experience in designing leadership development programs.

Employee Relations
- Conflict Resolution: Proven track record in handling employee disputes and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Engagement Strategies: Experience in implementing programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Feedback Mechanisms: Skills in gathering and acting on employee feedback.k practices and drive improvements to meet award criteria.

Experience with Outstanding Place to Work Nomination
- Award Application Process: Familiarity with the process and requirements for obtaining awards such as Great Place to Work.
- Benchmarking: Ability to benchmark the organization’s practices against award criteria and implement necessary improvements.
