- Prior exposure to Handholding and managing OJT
- Driving business conversion and revenue
- Should have taken initiatives to make training more effective and business improvement
- Should know how to do TNI
- Batch success rate should be positive
- Should know how to create Info-graphics, one pager, knowledge deck etc.
