We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Label Printing Specialist to manage the printing and distribution of dispatch labels for goods in the supply chain. This role is critical in ensuring accurate identification and tracking of products as they move through the distribution network.

Responsibilities

Label Design and Customization:

Ensuring that labels contain all necessary information, including product name, serial number, batch number, quantity, shipping address, and barcodes.
Customizing labels as per the client's or company's requirements (e.g., size, color, design, regulatory compliance).
Printing Accuracy:

Ensuring the correct and clear printing of labels for each product or shipment.
Checking that all details are accurate and that no errors occur in the labeling process (e.g., wrong product or quantity).
Label Quality Control:

Monitoring the print quality to ensure that labels are readable and durable (e.g., resistant to weather, wear, or smudging).
Conducting regular checks on label printers and replacing materials (ink, ribbons, paper)

Dispatch Job Responsibilities:
The dispatch job involves managing the physical movement of goods from the manufacturing facility to the customer or storage. Dispatch responsibilities typically include:

Order Processing:

Verifying orders against inventory and customer requirements.
Ensuring the correct quantity and type of goods are ready for dispatch.
Packing:

Coordinating with the packing team to ensure goods are properly packaged, secured, and ready for shipping.
Ensuring that packing materials are appropriate for the product's protection during transit.

Qualifications

Proficiency in label printing software and basic computer skills.
