As a Program Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Management: Lead and execute key business initiatives to drive
growth, operational efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance:



Ensure adherence to RBI and other financial regulatory
requirements by working closely with compliance and legal teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments such as
operations, finance, and technology to ensure seamless execution of strategic
programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, external partners, and
regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth program implementation.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements to
enhance productivity and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute 1-3 years of experience in top consulting firms.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and fintech landscape.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management.
