1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Desirable: MBA / MHRM / MSW / PGDHR.
2. A minimum of 3 - 5 years in end-to-end recruitment process. Experience with a UNIVERSITY or an Educational Institutional set up is preferred.
3. Well versed in different hiring platforms - Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and has good know-how in operating Applicant Tracking system/RMS.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assisting with daily recruitment planning
• Working across the Clients to understand job and personality requirements for vacancies
• To develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Developing effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with colleges, and potential candidates.
• Developing job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions of clients.
• Evaluating/ Screening candidate qualifications and assessing their fit for the job.
• Conduct interviews for various clients.
• Negotiating salaries and other benefits with potential candidates.
• Maintaining updated records of recruitment activities and progress.
• Analyzing recruiting trends and making recommendations for improvement.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines efficiently.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Adaptability to be able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
