Overview:

The Non IT Recruiter plays a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that we have the right people to drive our business forward, and it requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Source and identify potential candidates through online channels and networking
- Screen and shortlist candidates using various selection tools and techniques
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate interactions and data
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations





Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Non IT Recruiter or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
