Role Overview

As a Sama Volunteer,



you will use your qualified experience to guide first-generation learners who are taking their first steps into the digital and professional world.

This is not teaching and not long-term mentoring.
It’s about real conversations that change lives.

Your lived experience becomes someone else’s career roadmap.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your availability and interest, you may participate in one or more of the following formats:

1. One Hour. One Life.

Talk about choices, failures, growth, and lessons

No preparation or slides required

2. Mentorship Sprints

30 minutes/week for 4 weeks
