Key Responsibilities
? Sales & Data Management
* Maintain and update daily *sales data and dispatch records*
* Prepare MIS reports related to sales, dispatch, and material movement
* Ensure accurate documentation and data entry
? Logistics & Driver Coordination
* Coordinate with truck drivers for timely dispatch and delivery
* Track shipment status and update concerned teams
* Handle delivery follow-ups and resolve transport-related issues
* Ensure proper documentation during dispatch (challans, invoices,
etc.)
? Material Handling & Entry
* Manage material inward and outward entries
* Maintain stock records and inventory updates
* Verify material quantity before dispatch
* Support warehouse/store operations as required
? Coordination & Operations
* Work closely with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams
* Ensure smooth execution of dispatch schedules
* Maintain proper communication between internal teams and transporters
