About the Role:
As the Team Lead for Graphic Imaging & Design Center (GIADC), you'll be the maestro, orchestrating the talents of Imaging Specialists and Creative Designers. Your magic will extend to interfacing with internal and external customers, supporting teams in our international offices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As the maestro, you will:
- ? Drive daily targets with precision, meeting defined SLAs
- ? Ensure the team conquers monthly and annual objectives
- ? Coach and develop team members' creative prowess
- ? Manage the career roadmap for each artistic spirit in your team
- ? Drive calibration and training across teams
- ? Resource planning wizardry to maintain optimum capacity
- ? Publish a Weekly/Monthly Dashboard showcasing the creative wonders to the leadership team
- ? Work closely with Operations & Training teams to enchant continuous improvement initiatives
- ? Participate actively in calls with International teams, operational team meets & training sessions




- ? Seek opportunities and close gaps in processes for maximum efficiency
- ?️ Work overtime when the magic calls for it
- ? Undertake adhoc tasks and projects as needed
