Job Summary:
Technology Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Automation and Workflow Applications to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and support of automation and workflow applications globally. This role requires close collaboration with the North America team on project intake, design, build,
and deployments, as well as working with business stakeholders in the BCOG office to expand the project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the automation and workflow applications team, including direct supervision of the Senior Analyst.
· Align and collaborate with the North America team to ensure seamless project intake, design, build, and deployment processes.
· Create solution designs (“To-be” state diagrams) and document in Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
· Build automation within project constraints, communicating risks/issues to the project manager.
· Ensure seamless User Interface (UI) integration and cohesive user journeys on all deployments.
· Conduct unit and integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and participate in deployments.
· Review automation solutions developed by other team members to ensure they meet the established program standards.
