The Process Excellence Senior Manager leads a global team of Procurement Process Managers to drive enterprise‑level governance, standardization, process mapping and continuous improvement across Global Procurement. This role provides strategic direction for end‑to‑end process excellence and ensures scalable, efficient processes that unlock quality, speed, and business value.
You will collaborate with process sponsors, owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define, simplify, and optimize critical procurement processes. Responsibilities include intake management, prioritization, process mapping, documentation, Business value analysis, and disciplined execution of improvement initiatives.
A major focus of this role is to lead and manage Process Excellence team in developing,



improving, implementing, and driving adoption of processes and procedures that support Micron‑wide sourcing and procurement decisions.
This role requires solid expertise in process management, strategic planning, governance, and stakeholder management in Global Procurement, with a proven ability to deliver measurable operational improvements. As a people leader, you will build team capability, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and guide execution of initiatives aligned to Global Procurement’s strategic objectives.
