Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare IT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Cerner or Epic, and possess exceptional skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and requirement gathering with solid communication skills. This role is integral to bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions in healthcare IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and healthcare IT standards.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including developers, healthcare professionals, and management, to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Analyze and interpret EHR data (e.g., Cerner, Epic) to ensure accurate integration and customization within healthcare systems.




- Develop and present clear and concise documentation, including business process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and testing scripts.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, project updates, and status presentations to ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers to track timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project scope and deadlines.
- Participate in software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare IT.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations for optimizations.

Qualifications:
- 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in Healthc
