Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the whole development team and projects.
- Observe the performance and procedures of internal systems and suggest improvements to achieve more reliability on the procedures.
- Make sure all the processes of development adhere to the security rules and regulations.
- Understand the requirements of the project and set goals and timelines for each project.
- Understand the objectives of the organization and build strategies for future projects accordingly.
- Decide the budget for the department.
- Find ways to improve cost efficiency.
- Support the implementation of best engineering practices and innovative technologies.
- Analyze policies for internal systems and equipment.
- Maintain valuable relations with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and other related courses.
- Proven experience as a Director of Engineering or other related courses.
- Experience in the whole development process.
- Understanding of cloud technologies.
- Good knowledge of the industry.
- Leadership qualities and strategic mindset.
