We are looking a Candidate for a food manufacturing company located in Haryana, We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Executive to ensure the highest standards of quality across all production processes. As a Quality Control Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
1. Conduct routine quality checks at various stages of the production process.
2. Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
3. Perform product sampling and laboratory testing to verify quality parameters (e.g., taste, texture, color, and shelf life).
4. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company guidelines.
5. Maintain and update quality control records and reports.
6. Identify any quality issues, document findings, and work.

Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
8. Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system.
9. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials.
10. Assist in the development of quality control procedures and documentation.
11. Provide training to production staff on quality standards and proper procedures.
Requirements :
1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Control role within the food manufacturing industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and testing methods.
3. Solid attention to detail and ability to identify issues early in the production process.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Familiarity with ISO or similar quality management systems is a plus.
6. Basic knowledge of MS office is a plus.
7. Proficiency in using lab equipment
