About the Role

We are setting up recent state-of-the-art feed manufacturing facilities at Vijayawada and Jaipur and are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead civil works, utilities, and plant commissioning. The role involves end-to-end project execution of greenfield feed manufacturing units, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency. Prior experience in setting up Green Field Projects in Process Industry , Feed, Fertilizer or FMCG etc.
- Project Planning & Execution
- Lead civil construction, utilities, and plant setup activities for greenfield feed manufacturing units.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
- Plant Commissioning
- Supervise installation and commissioning of process equipment, utilities, and support infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms.




- Conduct trial runs, testing, and handover of facilities to operations teams.
- Vendor & Contractor Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with civil, electrical, and mechanical contractors.
- Monitor contractor performance against milestones and SLAs.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, production, EHS, and finance.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and corrective actions.
- Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all environmental, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with local authorities for project approvals and clearances.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Project Engineering (Master’s preferred).
