Lead the placement team to achieve placement targets and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and alumni.Strategize and execute placement drives, recruitment events, and career fairs

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide maximum numbers of placement opportunity to the Students along with decent pacakage to be offered by the Company.
- Follow up with different Organizations with the purpose of Campus placements.
- To Organize Industrial visit for Students.
- Providing Summer internshipto interested Students.
- Regular visit to different companies to strengthen the Corporate relations.
- To invite Professionals/Alumni as Guest Speaker from Industries.
- Lead and manage the placement team to achieve placement targets
- Develop and implement placement strategies to meet the needs of students, employers, and the institution
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and alumni to secure placement opportunities
- Organize and execute placement drives, recruitment events, and career fairs




- Collaborate with faculty members and department heads to understand industry requirements and trends
- Analyze placement data and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with placement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or career services
- Proven track record of success in leading placement teams and achieving targets
- Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners
- Knowledge of labor market trends, industry requirements, and placement best practices
