The appointee will be an experienced faculty member and will join a young, dynamic and growing team of academics in the Business School. The appointee is expected to play an important role in supporting undergraduate student mentorship and fieldwork at the Singapore campus which includes research, research supervision, teaching, and industry engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Contribution to the Business School’s mission
• A leadership role in undergraduate student mentorship and engagement.
• Supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students engaged in course work.
• Supervision of postgraduate research projects.
• Engage industry for student learning and academic research.
• Teaching a variety of management subjects in human resources, organisational behaviour, organisation change, consumerism, and sustainability.

Key Selection Criteria:
• PhD (Management) or near completion with full-time teaching experience at tertiary institutions.




• Demonstrated abilities to publish in both high-impact academic and practitioner journals.
• Potential for high-quality research activities, as well as the commitment to excellent teaching.
• Demonstrated ability to teach across a range of management subjects with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. Having an additional knack for teaching research methods would be a plus.
• Evidence of quality teaching and supervision of students at under- and postgraduate levels.
• Strong abilities and leadership in industry networks both locally and overseas for Research, Teaching & Learning and Service Engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relations with colleagues in an academic workplace and with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Digital teaching delivery experience is a plus.
