- Prepare Indian food items as per cloud kitchen menu
- Ensure taste, quality, and hygiene standards
- Handle cutting, chopping, marination, and cooking work
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work station
- Manage raw material usage and reduce wastage
- Follow daily orders and packing requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in Indian cooking (Cloud kitchen preferred)
- Knowledge of North Indian dishes, gravies, and tandoor
- Ability to work rapid under pressure
- Must maintain hygiene and discipline
