n Role Overview:
n The Club Operations & Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing Anytime Fitness
n clubs operating under the JV (Joint Venture) model. This role ensures smooth club operations,
n strong sales performance, and overall profitability while maintaining brand standards.
n Key Responsibilities:
n 1. Club Operations & Profitability
n • Ensure daily club operations run smoothly as per Anytime Fitness standards.
n • Drive overall club performance and profitability through effective planning and execution.
n • Monitor operational KPIs, club hygiene, maintenance, and member experience.
n 2. Hiring & Talent Management
n • Lead the hiring process for club staff including trainers, sales executives, and support team.
n • Build, train, and manage a high-performing team.
n • Ensure staff compliance with HR policies and operational guidelines.
n 3. Membership Sales & Revenue Growth
n • Drive membership sales, renewals, and upselling.




n • Create and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
n • Track sales performance and support the team in closing deals.
n 4. Team Leadership & Development
n • Motivate and guide club teams to deliver a high-quality member experience.
n • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
n • Maintain a positive work culture aligned with Anytime Fitness values.
n 5. Coordination & Reporting
n • Coordinate with Corporate HR, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams for smooth
n functioning.
n • Share daily/weekly reports on sales, operations, staffing, and club performance.
n Key Skills & Competencies:
n • Strong understanding of fitness club operations.
n • Experience in sales management and meeting revenue targets.
n • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
n • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
n • Prior experience in retail, fitness, or service industry preferred
