Job Description For our MIT Kothrud, Pune Head office, we are looking for a Training & Placement manager. The T&P; Manager shall be responsible for the following activities for our MIT Vishwaprayag University:
n a) Summer internships
n b) Student placements
n c) Develop relationships with corporates across the country
n d) Arrange / facilitate industry guest lectures
n Qualifications: The candidate should have an MBA/master's degree from a well-known institution with around 5-7 years' experience in a similar role from either industry or academia. Experience of Placements for Engineering/Technical students are preferred. Those who are in a similar role now, preferably in a positive academic institution are welcome to apply. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Should be ready for travel.
n Remuneration shall be competitive and based on the candidates' credentials and experience.
